The competitions was held for the students in our counseling room. Students were participated in World Health Day competition like poster presentation and slogan writing. The competition was evaluated by our Principal and Mrs. Jasmine, Microbiology Department from Rajas Dental College.
World oral health day celebrated on 20.03.2024 at Tirunelveli medical college and hospital.
Theme A happy mouth is a happy body. The programme Oral Health Day conducted by 1st year BS.c (N) Totally 50 patient were participated at the end of the mass health education programme .
World Tuberculosis Day celebrated on 25.03.2024 at Tirunelveli Medical College and Hospital Theme: ”Yes! we can end TB” The theme highlight of the importance of “Yes! we can end TB”. The students gave health education to the patients.
World Kidney day celebrated on 14.03.2024 at Tirunelveli Medical College and Hospital .
ThemeKidney health for all advancing equitable access to case and optimal meditation practice The programme was held in Nephrology outpatient department. Totally 74 patients were participated at the end of the mass health education programme. Students were distributing pumped regarding preventive measures and life style modification.
World patient safety awareness week conducted on 10.03.2024 at Tirunelveli Medical College and Hospital programme was arranged in 1st year B.Sc(N).
Women’s Day celebrated on 8.03.2024 at Tirunelveli Medical College and Hospital programme was arranged in 1st year B.Sc(N), in the presence of the Dean Dr. Revathi Tirunelveli Medical College.
The lucky lot taken by Dean Dr. Revathi and given moments for the winners. The 100 tree plantation was done by Dean and the staff.
Pongal is a harvest festival a tradition various for thanks giving to the nature we celebrated pongal on 12th of January 2024 , It was joy and filled our day ahead with happiness. The day begin with cooking pongal in a new pot and singing related to pongal by our students along with Dental College students . The programme was celebrated in transport yard. The students of SRCN and RDCH gave lot of traditional programme and games to rejoice in the Uriyadi and Tug of war offered and given by the students games were conducted to the students and prizes also distributed to the winners. The day gave lot of fun and entertainment.
On the opening day of first day of the year 2024 the innagural function was organized by SRCN, RDC, SARPC, Allied health on 4th January in Silver Jubilees Auditorium started at 10.30 am. The function was presented by the chairman Dr.Jacob Raja sir .The chief guest was Rev Fr .Singa Raja parist of St. Xavier college Tirunelveli gave the New year message and blessing our chairman brightly and the Achievement of the programe was ended at 11.30 am.
Our behalf of Nutritional week of first week of September our students were participated as a class wise two batches from each classes were participated in “Nutrifest competition which was organized by Rajas Medical Institution cooking competition and poster presentation competition was conducted and our students were participated and won the prizes . They cooked variety of foods rice in CHO protein fat rich food and exhibited and for the same as behalf of the SNA also prizes were distributed.

Our Rajas Medical Institution celebration Christmas with the festival sprit on 23rd December in Silver Jubilee Auditorium. It is the festival of joy. The whole programme was coordinated by Sardar Rajas College of Nursing. The students were made with the Admin Office at RMI programme was started welcome address and prayer song. The chief guest of the programme was Fr.Domnic Royle, Treasurer, St.Xaviers College, Palayamkottai and the programme by the prayer and motivational spiritual speech.
World Cancer Day was conducted on 03.02.2023 by 1st year B.Sc(N) with the theme of “Close the Care Gap”. On that day students did panel discussion related in cancer awareness at our seminar hall.
Lamp lighting ceremony of 13th batch B.Sc(N) students of our college was held on 09.12.2023 at Silver Jubilee Auditorium. This programme was provided over by the chairman Dr. Jacob Raja sir and gave the presidential address to enlighten student knowledge the chief guest of the program was Dr. Rajamani, Joint Director of Medical Education gave chief guest address and enlighten the students’ knowledge.
The talent show was conducted by our first year B.Sc(N) students on 27.10.2023 in seminar Hall.
Fresher’s day was given to the First year B.Sc(N) students organised by second year B.Sc(N) students with the name “UDBHAV FEST 23” in Seminar Hall on 5.10.2023. They were welcomed by the seniors. Various culturals was given by them seniors. First years were introduced themselves in the stage games were conducted by their seniors and gifts as well as prizes were given to the students.
Our 2nd year B.Sc (N)students have celebrated the world heart day by giving mass Health education to the community people through various method of teaching with them action within the brooder NCD prevention and control efforts on 29.09.2023.The program was started with welcome dance. The community health nurse. Health officer were the chief guest of the chief guest also gave awareness to the public. Once students gave man health education Ming poster and by dance.

Onam is an annual Honest Festival celebrated in the Indian State of Kerala. As major annual event for Keralities, it is the official festival of the state and includes a spectrum of cultural event. On 29.08.2023 in our college garden. It was gusted by our Chairman. The staff and the students were in the traditional dresses Onam celebration grated a refreshment students had conducted many programs for the staff and the students prizes and distributed by the winners many colorful and joyful movement and programmer like dancing, singing were performed by the student.
Teacher’s day was celebrated on 28.08.2023 in the name “MACALIN DAY” organized by Rovanzer’s. The verity of cultural programme was given by the students.
School Health Programme conducted on 23.10.2023 in Government High School, Kavalkinaru Junction, Tirunelveli District. The topic regarding Prevention of Child Hood Accident and Dental Caries.
World Diabetic day was celebrated on 5.12.2023 in Tirunelveli Government Medical College and Hospital at 9am conducted by B.Sc(N) Second year students under the theme Access to Diabetes Care. The students gave Health Education to the patients.
Research Proposal was conducted on 22.08.2023 for B.S.c(N)3rd year students in our college seminar hall proposal was started at 9.30 am with the principal, Vice principal, Professor and all the M.Sc staff as well as 3rd and 2nd year B.Sc(N) students and all department HOD’S.

Drug abuse day conducted on 20.06.2023. The theme for this year is People first step stigma and Discrimination, strengthen Prevention. Dr.Franco was chief guest of the day.
Tree Plantation done on World Health Day. World Health Day was conducted on 21.04.2023. It was done in our campus. Tree Plantation is the process of transplanting tree seedlings generally for forestry land reclamation on landscaping purposes. It differ from the transplantation of larger trees in arboriculture and from the lower cost but slower and less reliable distribution of tree seeds it was started by our principal , vice principal, staffs also optional in tree plantation. Our students also interested in tree plantation.
World Liver Day was conducted on 20.04.2023 at Primary Health Centre. The Theme for Liner day is “Be vigilant do a regular liner check- up fatty liver can affect Anyone”. Final year students are conducted liner day through Mass Health Education programme was inaugurated day by Dr.Kollappan, Block Medical Officer. Final year students are explaining about awareness regarding Liner.
The graduation ceremony of our college 8th batch B.sc (Nursing) students was held on 13.04.2024 in the silver jubilee auditorium. The chief guest of the programmed was Dr.kollapan block medical officer pangudi PHC a Dr.Jacob Raja chairman of rajas medical institution. Around 50 students graduated. And the best outgoing student award was given to Ms.Ganeshwari.
The safe delivery day was conducted on 11.04.2023.by the final year students in urban PHC on the theme of “Remain at home a mid corona virus, protect mother and infant safe from corona virus”The students gave a mass health education about safe delivery the pregnant women and their family members.
